Return ONLY a markdown table with these columns: | In | Out | Why this cut | On-screen caption | RULES - Target a finished runtime of 45-60 seconds. - The first clip must be the single strongest hook in the transcript, even if it appears late. - Cut every filler word, false start and tangent.
