NON-NEGOTIABLE STRUCTURE
0-10s   COLD OPEN. Start with the most surprising consequence of the topic.
        Do not define anything yet. Do not say "today we're going to talk about".
10-25s  STAKES. Why this matters to the viewer specifically.
25-75s  MECHANISM. How it actually works, in three steps, each with a concrete example.
75-100s COMPLICATION. The part most explanations leave out, or get wrong.
100-120s CLOSE. Return to the cold open image and resolve it.

RULES
- One idea per sentence. Average sentence under 16 words.
- Every abstraction gets a physical example within two sentences.
- No rhetorical questions. No "imagine if". No "but here's the thing".
- Flag any claim you are not confident about with [VERIFY] rather than smoothing it over.
