Frequently asked questions

No. We do not record the sites you visit, your DNS queries, destination IP addresses, or any traffic content — there is nowhere in our database to store them. We do keep operational records: how much data each device moved and when it last connected. We describe this precisely in our Privacy Policy rather than making a blanket "no logs" claim, because a blanket claim would not be true of any VPN that bills by usage or handles abuse reports.

WireGuard. It is significantly smaller than older VPN protocols — a few thousand lines rather than hundreds of thousands — which makes it faster to connect, easier to audit, and better at surviving network changes like moving from Wi-Fi to mobile data.

That depends on your plan; the limit is shown on the pricing page. Revoking a device frees its slot immediately, so replacing a lost phone does not mean waiting for anything.

Not yet. Native apps for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS are on the roadmap. Today you use the official WireGuard client and import the configuration we generate for each of your devices — it takes about a minute.

It stops receiving new connections automatically, and it disappears from the location list until it reports healthy again. If your device was on that server, regenerate its configuration and you will be placed on another one.

Yes. Regenerating a device's configuration lets you pick a different location. The previous configuration stops working at that point.

Use one of the recovery codes shown when you enabled two-factor authentication. Each code works once. If you have lost those too, contact support — we will verify your identity before making any change.

Yes, within 30 days of your first payment, no justification needed. Renewals are refundable within 7 days. See the Refund Policy for the details.
