Money-back period

If the service does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.

Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge, provided the subscription has seen little or no use in that period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged at all — you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.

What is not refunded

Accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service
Periods already substantially used beyond the windows above
Charges more than 30 days old on an actively used subscription

Statutory rights

Where your local consumer law gives you stronger cancellation or refund rights than this policy, those rights apply and this policy does not reduce them.

How to request one

Email support@zylovpn.com from your account address, or open a support ticket from your dashboard. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
