It's a Windows computer running in a datacenter that you control remotely with the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). You see its desktop on your screen, and it keeps running when you disconnect.
How fast will my server be ready?
Most orders are delivered within an hour of payment confirmation, and many in just a few minutes. Your login details are sent by email and WhatsApp.
Do I get full Administrator access?
Yes. Every plan includes the Administrator account, so you can install software, change system settings and run programs 24/7.
Is the IP address dedicated to me?
Yes. Each server has its own dedicated IPv4 address from the country you choose. It is not shared with other customers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, local bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and USDT. Prices are shown in both USD and PKR.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Install the free Microsoft Remote Desktop (Windows App) on Android or iOS and sign in with the details we send you.
What's the difference between Standard and Ryzen?
Standard plans run on Intel Xeon servers and are the best value. Ryzen plans use AMD Ryzen 9 CPUs with much higher clock speeds, so desktops and single-threaded apps feel noticeably snappier.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan in the same location at any time. You only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the service doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within the money-back window after delivery. See our Refund Policy for the details.
What is not allowed on WaveRDP servers?
Spam, brute-force attacks, scanning, DDoS, fraud, creating fake accounts, piracy and anything illegal. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy.
