What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number and billing country.
- Payment records: invoice amounts, payment method and transaction references. Card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- Service data: server IP addresses, resource usage and basic connection logs used for security and abuse prevention.
- Support messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
What we don't collect
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. We don't look at the files or activity on your server unless you ask us to help with it.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver and bill for your service, give you support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We only share data with the providers we need to run the service, such as datacenters and payment processors, or when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting laws require. Server data is deleted when a service is terminated.
Your rights
